Far North Coast Branch Carnival
Jnr Branch Carnival now at YAMBA Feb 25 and 26
This years Branch Carnival has been moved from Feb 4-5 to Feb 25-26 due to poor water quality. The carnival is open to all Nippers proficient at Dec 31 2011. Those who booked accomodation a the Blue Dolphin Holiday park in Yamba, as part of the SALT booking have had their accomodation rolled over at no charge.
Club Championships Round 3 FEB 12
Sunday Feb 12 sees the 3rd round of Club Championships for our own club. It's shaping as a busy day, so we would encourage all Nippers to be there on time so they don't miss any events. All points will be contributed to the Nipper of the Year and Up and Coming Nipper Awards.
SALT Intra Branch Carnival
Congratulations to all involved in what was a very successful day.
Firstly, thanks to all the help from both Snr and Jnr members of the club who gave their time to Sundays Working Party. Branch representatives were very impressed with the level of support received from the parents and members with in the club. It's all your help that made it such a successful day.
On the competition front, we had our best medal tally result in the clubs history with 7 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze medals and a record 60 members representing the club. We made over 40 representations in finals and while the final overall club standing have yet been circulated, it appears as though we may have finished in the top 4 clubs. A list of individual results is attached.
