Register for Lifesaving Online

Step 1:

Salt SLSC encourages all members to register using this service. (You must register against your email address that is currently recorded in Surfguard against your membership. If your email address has changed contact us to change it so that you can register)

If you are a new member, register for Lifesaving Online and complete the required information. (You will then need to manually download and complete the Working with Children Volunteers Declaration as well as the Salt SLSC Media Release and Authority Form and give them to us or post to PO BOX 1891, KINGSCLIFF NSW 2487)

FILL IN ALL OF THE MEMBERSHIP FORMS.

Salt SLSC membership forms are available for download via the links to the right. To become a member of Salt SLSC you will need to complete the following forms;

a) SLSA Membership Application and Declaration.

b) Salt SLSC Media Release & Authority Form.

c) Working with Children Volunteers Declaration (if 16 years of age or over).

d) Transfer Form (If transferring from another surf club)

Step 2:

Pay Your Membership Fee

Once registered for Lifesaving Online, you can easily pay via the SLSA Payment Gateway. Simply click on the make payment link within the system beside "Salt" and you will be directed to the Gateway where you can make payment using your Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively, even if you are not registered, you can still make your payment via the Gateway using this link located on the right hand side of the page.

Alternatively, this form can be completed online, printed and presented to us with suitable identification.
